Many Christians today do not know that Saturday, not Sunday, is the weekly Sabbath day.

Many Christians keep Saturday, but most Christians keep Sunday for the weekly Sabbath day.

Does it matter which day we observe for the Sabbath?

All Christians, people with God’s Holy Spirit in them, automatically keep the weekly Sabbath Day Holy because all their time is Holy.

If a woman is pregnant the baby belongs to the father even though the baby is not yet born.

It is the same with Christians. If you have God’s Holy Spirit in you, you are a child of God. Your life here on earth with God’s Holy Spirit in you is the pregnancy and the resurrection is your birth. You are then a permanent son or daughter of God.

II Corinthians 6:18, “And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”

I John 3:2, “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”

Galatians 3:26, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.”

God has a Holy Spirit as scriptures tell us.

Satan has an evil spirit.

I Corinthians 2:12, “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.”

Ephesians 2:2, “Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”

A son has to have a father. Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Satan has a son and his name in Greek is Apollon.

Revelation 9:11, "And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.

Apollyon is the Son of Perdition mentioned in II Thessalonians 2:3-4.

The Son of Perdition is mentioned twice in the Bible: John 17:12 and II Thessalonians 2:3-4.

These two men mentioned in these scriptures are the sons of perdition, sons of total destruction, and sons of Satan.

They both have Satan's evil spirit in them making them sons of Satan.

When Satan's evil spirit entered Judas, Judas became a son of Satan, son of perdition.

Luke 22:3, “Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.”

A prince is a son of a king. Judas was the prince of the world, son of Satan.

John 14:30, "Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.”

Ephesians 2:2.

Satan is god of this world. A son of his would be a prince of this world.

II Corinthians 4:4, "In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."

The son of perdition mentioned in II Thessalonians 2:3-4 is the one who sets himself up as God, claiming to be God.

II Thessalonians 2:3-4

3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"

4 "Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God."

When God's Holy Spirit enters into you, you become a Son of God, brother to Jesus Christ.

The Lord created man on the sixth day of the creation week.

The Lord rested from His work on the seventh day of the creation week. He made the seventh day Holy by putting His presence in it.

The seventh day was made a Sabbath day and physical man was to keep this day Holy from sundown to sundown.

Mark 2:27, "And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:"

As sons and daughters of God with His Holy Spirit within us, all of our time is Holy.

Jesus Christ is our older brother and we are Gods, members of the family of God.

As God's time is Holy, our time is Holy.

Jesus was born into the Old Covenant and He kept the Sabbath Day.

After Jesus was crucified He did not have to keep the weekly sabbath from sundown to sundown as all His time was Holy.

After Jesus' crucifixion Christians continued to keep the weekly sabbath day as they were taught. Later the Christian sabbath was changed to Sunday and most people observe Sunday as the day of worship.

Constantine, the first Christian Emperor of Rome and the Catholic Church changed the weekly day of worship from the seventh day of the week to the first day of the week.

Jesus' crucifixian did away with the Old Covenant but not God's Commandments.

Anyone without God's Holy Spirit should keep the Sabbath from sundown to sundown.

Isaiah 66:23

"23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord."

The Jews of the tribe of Judah still keep the weekly Sabbath Day.

The other tribes do not keep the weekly Sabbath Day as they lost their identity when they went into captivity.

They do not know they are part of the House of Israel.

The Lord commanded the Israelites to keep the Sabbath Day while they were in the wilderness before He made the Old Covenant with Israel.

When the Lord made the Old Covenant with Israel, He told them to remember the Sabbath Day to keep it Holy.

To remember something, you have to have known it before.

The Old Covenant was done away with but the laws the Lord used in making the Old Covenant still exist.

God made the Sabbath day for physical man. He did not make it for Himself, Jesus Christ, or His other sons and daughters with God’s Holy Spirit in them.

For there to be sin, there has to be law. God has always had laws.

God's word is law.

Many scientists say the world is four and a half billion years old.

God created the angels with Lucifer being one of them and then he created the earth.

Adam was created some six thousand years or so ago.

What happened between these two dates we don't know but sin was found in Lucifer with him becoming Satan. Adam sinned and Cain sinned.

In the days of Noah, mankind was wicked and evil.

Genesis 6:5, "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."

After Cain killed Abel, God set the punishment for one man killing another man. The guilty person and seven members of his household would be put to death for his crimes. The Lord changed this law and now every person pays for their own sins.

Deuteronomy 24:16.

Jeremiah 3:30.

Our Father worked on the Sabbath Day and Jesus did His Father's work on the Sabbath Day.

John 5:17-18.

17 “But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.”

18 “Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God.”

God and Jesus work all the time. They do not rest or sleep as they do God's work.

God resting on the seventh day of the creation week shows us how important the Sabbath Day is to Him.

As all God’s time is Holy, all our time is Holy.

Our presence in any day makes that day Holy, so we can keep any day we choose to be a day of worship.

Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

When we become a Christian, we become a new creation (creature).

II Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

Galatians 6:15, “For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.”

Lucifer changed after he sinned becoming Satan. Adam changed when he sinned. We change when we become a Christian and all our time becomes Holy.

In the world tomorrow all nations, people without God's Holy Spirit, will keep the weekly Sabbath Day and the annual Holy Days. Leviticus 23 shows us that the weekly sabbath day is one of the feasts of the Lord and is to be observed along with the annual Holy Days.

Leviticus 23:1-4

1 “And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,”

2 “Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.”

3 “Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.”

4 “These are the feasts of the Lord, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.”

Study Leviticus 23.

Isaiah 66:23

In the Millennium all nations will keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

Zechariah 14:18-19

18 “And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.”

19 “This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.”

In the Millennium Jesus will keep the Passover with us.

Matthew 26:29, (Jesus speaking of the Passover) “But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.”

The Philadelphia Church of God Bride of Christ observes Sunday as a day of worship because the whole world is programmed to Sunday being the Sabbath Day.

As sons and daughters of God all our time is Holy, therefore we can observe any day of the week as a day of worship.

Worshiping on Saturday in today’s society would put unnecessary hardships on God’s children.

The Pharisees put unnecessary hardships on the Jews.

What Is the Mark of The Beast?

Mark: Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance #5480: a scratch or etching, i.e., stamp (as a badge of servitude), or a sculptural figure (statue): graven, mark.

The mark of the beast is a scratch or an etching (tattoo?) of a cross in the right hand or in the forehead.

There may be other identifying and informative components used along with this mark.

Revelation 13:16-17

16 “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads”

17 “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

The Catholic Church is the wife of Satan.

Revelations 18:7: “How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.”

A queen is married to a king and am no widow means her husband is alive.

This queen (church) is married to Satan.

The Catholic Church, wife of Satan, is sitting on a scarlet-colored beast which is Apollyon, son of Satan.

Revelation 17:3, “So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.”

Revelation 17:7, “And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.”

Revelation 17:8, “The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.”

This beast is not Satan but the son of Satan that was in the bottomless pit.

The woman, Catholic Church, is also the second beast spoken of in Revelation 13:11.

Revelation 13:11: “And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.”

Members of the Catholic Church make the sign of the cross on their body as a symbol of their faith.

The cross is the Mark of the Beast. When you see a person make the sign of the cross on their body you know the person is of the Catholic faith.

Some churches teach that the Mark of the Beast is having the knowledge of keeping the Sabbath Day Holy in your mind or forehead and obeying this knowledge by not working with your hands on the weekly Sabbath Day.

Revelation 13:16-17

16 “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:”

17 “And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

The scripture states that a person will have the mark in either their right hand OR in their forehead.

They do not have the mark in both their right hand and in their forehead.

You do not have some knowledge in your mind or forehead and obey this knowledge by not working on the weekly Sabbath Day. This mark is only in one place. There are not two parts to the mark of the Beast.

Keeping the Sabbath Day Holy from sundown to sundown is the mark of an Israelite. This is one of the two signs that separated the Israelites from other people. The Israelites were to be circumcised and were commanded to keep the weekly Sabbath Day.

Christians are identified by their faith in Jesus Christ and by their observance of His commandments..
